JVE was appointed the electrical contractor for the development at 6 Hanover Quay, consisting of 120 dwellings varying from off street duplexes to 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments & multi-level penthouse apartments with rooftop gardens.
Drawing on experience gained through successful completion of similar projects including Hanover Quay One and Smithfield regeneration, JVE worked closely with design teams OCSC, MDO Architects & lighting architects Studio Design Squared to ensure the highest standards were maintained ultimately delivering an award-winning building.
Winner of the prestigious Housing Project of the year award at the Building and Architect of the year awards 2019. The installation called for the use of time-honoured techniques carried out by master craftsmen paid with high end materials and the latest cutting-edge systems.
